Terms of Service

1. Who can use PartFans

PartFans is for adults only. To create an account or view anything on PartFans you must be at least 18 years old and of legal age where you live to view and share adult content, if that age is higher. When you sign up you give your date of birth; giving a false one is a breach of these terms and ends your account.

You may not use PartFans if you have been banned from it before, or where using it is against the law that applies to you.

2. Your account

• An account is personal. Do not share it, sell it or let anyone else use it.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Give accurate information. You may use a display name other than your legal name, but you may not pretend to be someone else.
• If you think someone else has got into your account, tell us at [email protected] straight away.

3. Your content

You own what you post: posts, pictures, videos, comments, messages and albums. We do not claim ownership of it.

To run the service we need your permission to handle it. You give PartFans a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, resize, re-encode, display and transmit your content, only as far as needed to operate, secure and improve PartFans and to show your content to the audience you chose. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep for a limited time for legal reasons or that sit in backups until they are overwritten (see the Privacy Policy).

You promise that for everything you post:

• you own it or have every right needed to post it;
• every person who appears in it was at least 18 when it was made, agreed to be recorded, and agreed to it being published on PartFans — and you can prove this if we ask;
• it is labelled correctly, including marking explicit material as sensitive;
• it follows our Content Policy.

4. Creators and subscriptions

Members can support creators, including by subscribing to see content the creator makes available to subscribers. Paid features are being introduced gradually; until they are live, this section describes how they will work.

Payments are made directly between members and creators. Payments on PartFans are made in stablecoins (such as USDT or USDC) on public blockchains (such as Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum or Optimism), from the member’s own wallet straight to the creator’s own address. PartFans never receives, holds or controls these funds, and is not a party to the payment.

• Because blockchain payments cannot be reversed and we never hold the money, PartFans cannot refund a payment. Any refund is between you and the creator.
• Check the address, network and amount before you pay. A payment sent to the wrong address or on the wrong network is usually lost for good, and we cannot recover it.
• Creators are responsible for what they offer, for delivering it, and for any tax, reporting or licensing obligations that apply to their income where they live.
• Network fees, exchange rates and the rules of the wallet you use are outside our control.

5. What you may not do

The Content Policy sets out what may and may not be posted, and forms part of these terms. In addition, you may not:

• break the law, or use PartFans to help anyone else break it;
• harass, threaten, stalk or intimidate anyone, on or off PartFans;
• copy, download or redistribute other members’ content — especially subscriber-only or sensitive content — without their permission;
• use bots, scrapers or automated accounts, or try to get around rate limits, blocks, bans or visibility settings;
• probe, attack or overload our systems, or try to reach data you are not meant to see (if you find a security problem, please report it to us instead);
• send spam, or use PartFans to advertise things we do not allow;
• create an account to get around a suspension or ban.

6. Moderation and suspension

Members can report posts, comments, accounts, messages and albums (see Report & Takedown). Our moderators review reports and may, at their discretion:

• take no action and dismiss the report;
• mark content as sensitive, so it is blurred until a viewer chooses to see it;
• hide or remove content;
• suspend or permanently close an account.

A post reported as showing a minor, or as shared without consent, is hidden at once while a moderator reviews it. Moderation actions are recorded in an internal log. Where the law requires it, or where a child may be at risk, we report content and the accounts behind it to the authorities.

We try to act fairly and consistently, but we are not obliged to host any particular content. If you think we got a decision wrong, write to [email protected] and a person will look at it again.

7. Ending your account

You can stop using PartFans at any time and delete your account from its settings, or by writing to us. When you delete your account, your profile and content are removed from the service; what we keep afterwards, and for how long, is set out in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms or the Content Policy, if we are required to by law, or if keeping it open would put other members or PartFans at risk. Where it is safe and lawful to do so, we will tell you why.

Sections 3 (the promises you made about your content), 4 (payments), 8, 9 and 10 continue to apply after your account ends.

8. Disclaimers

PartFans is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it running and secure, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that content will never be lost. Keep your own copies of anything that matters to you.

Content on PartFans is created by members, not by us. We do not check it before it is posted and we do not endorse it. We are not responsible for the conduct of members or creators, on or off PartFans, or for anything a creator offers in exchange for payment.

9. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, PartFans is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or for any loss arising from payments between members and creators, from blockchain networks, or from wallets. Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid PartFans itself in the twelve months before the claim — which, because payments go directly to creators, may be nothing.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, and disputes will be heard by its courts, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your own courts.

This clause, including the choice of courts, is subject to legal review and may change before these terms are final.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms as PartFans changes, or when the law does. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you in the app or by e-mail before it takes effect. If you keep using PartFans after that, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you can delete your account.
