Content Policy

PartFans is an adult platform. Explicit content is allowed, from and for adults — every member declares a date of birth of 18 or over, and creators will verify their identity before they can earn — provided everyone involved has agreed to it. This policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everything on PartFans: posts, pictures, videos, comments, messages, albums and profiles.
1. Adults only
Everyone on PartFans must be at least 18, and of legal age where they live. Everyone who appears in content on PartFans must have been at least 18 when it was made.
2. Never allowed
The following are prohibited without exception. Breaking these rules leads to removal and, in most cases, a permanent ban on the first occasion.
Sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance
Any sexual or sexualised content involving a person under 18, or anyone who appears to be under 18 — including drawn, animated, AI-generated or role-played content, and content that sexualises childlike features or settings. We remove it, close the account, preserve the evidence as the law requires, and report it to the authorities.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery — sharing, or threatening to share, intimate pictures or videos of someone without their consent, including so-called “revenge porn”, hidden-camera and up-skirt material, and sexual deepfakes of real people.
- Content made or shared without consent — anything in which a person did not agree to be recorded, or did not agree to the material being published on PartFans. Consent must be freely given; a person who is asleep, intoxicated, unconscious or coerced cannot give it.
- Trafficking and paid sexual services — human trafficking or sexual exploitation, soliciting or advertising prostitution, and arranging or offering paid in-person sexual services or meetings. Creators may sell access to content on PartFans; they may not use PartFans to sell in-person sex.
- Violence and threats — threats of violence, encouraging or glorifying violence against people, terrorism and violent extremism, and encouraging self-harm or suicide.
- Extreme content — sexual content involving real or depicted non-consensual acts, incest, bestiality, necrophilia, or serious bodily harm.
- Hate — attacking or dehumanising people because of their race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or age.
- Harassment — targeted abuse, bullying, stalking, doxxing (publishing someone’s private details) and sextortion.
- Illegal goods and services — selling or promoting illegal drugs, weapons, stolen data, counterfeit goods, or anything else illegal where it is offered.
- Impersonation — pretending to be another person or organisation, or posting someone else’s pictures as your own. Parody accounts must say clearly that they are parody.
- Spam and scams — bulk or repetitive posting, fake engagement, misleading links, phishing, fraud and fake giveaways.

3. Consent of everyone depicted
If anyone other than you appears in your content, you must:
- know that they were at least 18 when it was made;
- have their consent to be recorded, and their consent to publication on PartFans;
- be able to show proof of their age and consent if we ask, and remove the content at once if they withdraw consent to its publication.
If you appear in content on PartFans that you did not agree to, report it — see Report & Takedown. We treat these reports as urgent.
4. Label sensitive content
Explicit material — nudity, sexual activity and graphic content — is allowed only when it is marked sensitive. Sensitive pictures are blurred until a viewer chooses to see them, so that no one sees explicit content without choosing to.
- Mark a post sensitive whenever any picture or video in it is explicit.
- Do not put explicit material in places that cannot be marked sensitive, such as your profile or cover picture.
- Moderators may mark content sensitive if you did not. Repeatedly failing to label explicit content can lead to suspension.
Content made or altered with AI must carry the label PartFans provides for it. This is separate from the rule above: synthetic or AI-altered intimate imagery of a real person made without their consent is non-consensual content whatever label it carries, and is removed under section 2, not merely relabelled.
5. What happens when the rules are broken
Depending on how serious the breach is, and whether it has happened before, we may:
- mark the content as sensitive;
- hide or remove the content;
- suspend the account for a time, or close it permanently;
- report the content and the account to the authorities — always for sexual content involving minors, and whenever the law requires it or someone is in danger.
A post reported as showing a minor or as shared without consent is hidden immediately while a moderator looks at it. If you believe a decision about your content or account was wrong, write to [email protected] and a person will review it.

Use Report on any post, comment, profile, message or album in the app, or write to [email protected]. Details are on the Report & Takedown page. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
