Records-Keeping Statement
Last updated 25 September 2026
A short statement of the identity and consent records PartFans keeps for adult-content platforms, required in most jurisdictions that regulate this kind of service (for example 18 U.S.C. §2257 in the United States, and the equivalent record-keeping expectations under the EU Digital Services Act and the UK Online Safety Act). It says what is kept, for whom, for how long, and how to ask to see it.
1. Who keeps these records
The operator of partfans.com keeps these records. PartFans is operated from North Cyprus (the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus), and these record-keeping rules apply the same way regardless of where a viewer or a creator is located.
2. For whom
Records are kept for:
- every account that sells or posts sensitive (adult) content on PartFans, and
- every other person depicted in such content, whether or not they hold an account.
3. What is kept
- The identity document and selfie the account holder submitted to become a verified creator. This is sealed — stored encrypted, readable only by a moderator reviewing the specific application or decision it belongs to.
- The signed release and identity document of every other person shown in a post, where the post names a collaborator. This is sealed the same way.
- The consent receipts chain for each post that names anyone besides its author — who was invited, who accepted or declined, who submitted or approved a release, and when — together with the cryptographic digest that lets anyone verify the chain has not been altered.
Age-assurance documents submitted by a viewer, where age assurance is required, are reviewed and then destroyed — see §4.
4. How long records are kept
- Account identity documents are kept until the account is deleted.
- Releases are kept while the post they belong to exists, and their metadata — who was named, who agreed, and when — for seven years after, in a separate archive that survives the post’s deletion or the author’s account being erased.
- Age-assurance documents are kept only until a moderator decides the application, and never after. A document that was never used to decide anything is not a record worth keeping.
5. How to request inspection
A person with a lawful basis to inspect these records — for example, a person named in a release, or an authority with the legal standing to ask — can write to the custodian below.
[custodian name and address — OWNER-TODO]
We reply to a request within a reasonable time and may ask for something to confirm who is asking.
6. Where this applies
PartFans is operated from North Cyprus and applies these record-keeping rules to every account and every piece of content on the platform, regardless of where the person viewing it, the person depicted in it, or the person asking about it is located.
